We take great pride in our work. As majority of our items are handcrafted here in Lismore NSW, we endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-3 day of payment for orders made Monday-Friday. Please note, that during peak time and sale periods, this timeframe may be extended.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped by Australia Post. At checkout, you will have the option of either regular no tracking, regular with tracking or express post.
Australia Post advises that standard shipping times are 2-7 business days and express shipping is usually within 1-2 days.
Unfortunately all delays once your parcel is with Australia Post are out of our control.
